Mechanical cladding fixation

Z-brackets

كتائف Z (براكيت Z)

Used where the cavity is deeper than an L-bracket suits — the offset leg sets the panel line further out from the anchor. Common on insulated façades.

STANGLE Z-bracket with returned leg and pin

The Z-shape steps the load path out from the anchor, so the fixing stays on the slab while the panel line sits further out — used where the cavity is deeper than an L-bracket can bridge. Each bracket is supplied with its matched fixing kit: anchor, washer, nuts, flat head bolt and pin.

KAVITY supplies the complete STANGLE system — L-, Z-, omega and fishtail brackets, corrugated dowels and studs, anchors and secondary steel — in stainless or galvanised steel matched to the exposure. Our technical department sizes it from your elevation, panel weight, cavity depth and wind load, and issues the structural calculation and shop drawings needed for consultant approval.
