Cable ladders

Welded cable ladders

سلالم الكوابل الملحومة

Rungs welded to the side rail for maximum mechanical strength — the choice for the heaviest loads and longest spans.

Welded cable ladders

Welding the rungs to the side rails gives the stiffest ladder, able to carry heavy cables over long distances between supports. Hot-dip galvanising after fabrication covers the welds, and stainless steel is available for corrosive environments.

Both welded and swaged rung connections are available. Welded ladders have C-channel rungs MIG-welded to the side rails; swaged ladders have tubular rungs cold-swaged into the rails, in aluminium or steel, with no welding heat to affect the temper and strength of the rail metal. Both come with published NEMA load classes.
