Swaged cable ladders

سلالم الكوابل المكبوسة

Tubular rungs cold-swaged into the side rails without welding heat — in aluminium or steel.

Swaged cable ladders

In a swaged ladder the tubular rung ends are cold-swaged into the side rail, so no welding heat affects the temper and strength of the rail, and the swaged joint gives a continuous electrical path along the ladder.

Both welded and swaged rung connections are available. Welded ladders have C-channel rungs MIG-welded to the side rails; swaged ladders have tubular rungs cold-swaged into the rails, in aluminium or steel, with no welding heat to affect the temper and strength of the rail metal. Both come with published NEMA load classes.
