Steel lintels

الأعتاب الفولاذية

Pressed steel lintels that carry blockwork over an opening without a cast concrete beam.

Steel lintels

The lintel is bedded on the blockwork at each end and the wall is built straight onto it — no formwork, reinforcement or concrete pour. A temporary prop under the lintel is needed only until the mortar sets.

Channel lintels come in heights of 100 to 250 mm and widths of 50 to 150 mm to BS EN 845-2, galvanised or in stainless steel; arch lintels suit curved openings, and lintel brackets carry the lintel where it needs extra support.
