Our range covers mechanical cladding fixation, cable management and MEP supports, architectural expansion joints, raised access flooring, ceiling grid, entrance matting and wall protection, blockwork accessories and chutes — backed by more than fifteen years of experience in supply, execution and consultation.
Gauge varies between shipments. A short delivery mid-job leaves the site waiting, with no one chasing the order at the factory. Two years later, the same item no longer matches.

UNITECH designs, manufactures and trades building and construction materials across the region, with steel products made in the group’s own plants. KAVITY brings that range and its technical documentation to projects in Jordan, with the engineering, submittals and supply handled by our team in Amman.
Our cable management, support and fixation systems are manufactured by SFSP and UNITECH — an ISO 9001:2015 certified group with a design and engineering office in Stuttgart. Their cable trays and ladders are independently type-tested by DEKRA and carry the KEMA-KEUR mark.
