C-channel ceiling grids hung from the soffit on threaded rods and omega brackets — Standard, Advanced, Extreme and back-to-back series, sized to the ceiling and services they carry.
The grid is the part nobody sees and everybody depends on. It carries the tiles, the light fittings, the diffusers and the sprinkler drops, and it has to stay flat across a whole floor plate while the services above it are being installed and re-installed.
The C-channel grid comes in four series — Standard, Advanced, Extreme and back-to-back — covering allowable loads from 40 to 350 kg/m², with the channel section, threaded rod and bracket thickness set per series.
